However, its outside of warranty so there's no solution. Then, the same thing just happened to the replacement. I lost all of my songs and they had to send me a new iPod. It wasn't the battery and I spent hours on the phone with Apple support. I got a brand new one, loaded all of my songs and then it went dead. It wasn't with a nano but a regular Ipod (40 gb).
